Announcement of participation interest issued by the Association for the Protection of Man and the Environment Constanta – ECOM, based in Constanta, 10 Patriei Street, Constanta County, email ecomctro@gmail.com, CUI 16483300, as contracting authority, for organizing the Procedure for the acquisition and award of the web platform development and maintenance services contract, contract estimated at the total value of 24,000 euros (15,000 euros platform development, between October 2020-March 2021, and 9,000 euros platform maintenance / update between December 2020-May 2022) , web platform with the purpose of campaigning to create an online Black Sea spirit, service contracted within the project entitled Leave your Environmentalist Spirit Online for the Black Sea Basin, project code BSB 1064, funded through the JOP Black Sea Program 2014-2020 . Through this announcement ECOM informs the potential web service providers that until 06.09.2020 inclusive to send to their email address their interest in participating in the procedure. The offer request and the awarding documentation will be sent to those who will express their interest, on 07.09.2020, by email. The actual offers will be sent between 07.09.2020 and 08.10.2020. The participation conditions and any other details will be available in the documentation from the email from 07.09.2020. We mention that the expression of interest does not oblige the companies that made it to submit the actual offer.
